Maisie Kit

We have curated two wonderful fabrics for you to create Maisie! Oh my, which to choose?!!

A 1/2" curly sparse German mohair - which truly looks like a sweet baby elephant with their natural curls! And a cuddly, super soft - almost 1/4" long German Viscose - both in a very soft misty gray.

Kits come with a 12" x18" piece of fur, a piece of linen (if you want to make the inside of the ears a different fabric!), joints and 7mm moss coloured glass eyes. If you'd prefer a different eye colour, please make a note on your order or send me an email and I'll happily change them for you! Kits can be ordered with or without the pattern.  

A personal note ~ I've always loved elephants. These smart, sensitive and family oriented creatures make my heart sing! I've followed Elephant Nature Park, an elephant santuary in Thailand for a number of years. You can read about them and the wonderful work they do  here  or follow the founder @lek-chailert on instagram. It is an amazing organization that rescues injured, neglected, and elderly elephants.
