Shipping policy

We ship worldwide via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We will post your order within 1-3 days of receipt. Postage delivery times may vary depending on the season, but are generally 3-10 days within Canada. US and all other International orders will depend on your country's custom clearing and delivery schedules. Any custom, duty or additional charges are your responsibility.

All packages will come with a tracking number, anything sent letter rate (ie one pattern) will not qualify for tracking. You will be sent your tracking number once your parcel ships.

Once packages are received by Canada Post, we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items. At checkout, all Canadian and US shipments have the option of purchasing insurance. All other International orders will have insurance fees automatically charged along with their postage fees.
